1. Pistacho Nuts (roasted, sea salted): 70g
2. Whole milk (3.5% fat): 291g
3. Cream (35% fat): 36g
4. Skim milk powder: 12g
5. Sugar: 91g
Mix all ingredients together and churn it with a gelato machine. If you store your gelato mix overnight, the taste is even better because the flavors will bloom overnight.
