Company founder and serves as the President of Ale & Wang, Inc., a trading company to commit Import-Export businesses developing food products or relevant merchandise for global customers.  I have over 20 years’ work experience in both financial markets and hedge fund industries.  Prior to that I was the Senior Vice President and the Director of Risk Management at Paloma Partners, a global multi-strategy hedge fund in Greenwich, CT.  I was responsible for managing risk limits, evaluating portfolio construction & performance, asset allocation, providing risk analysis services to various trading groups in addition to day-to-day responsibilities to various risk management issues for the fund.  Prior to that I worked as trading risk manager and various positions in Standard Chartered Bank, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of America, CIBC Oppenheimer and The Chase Manhattan Bank.
